99 or 98 doesn’t really matter. It all depends on if they have useable abilities or motivators extending further than the non BND cards.

Do you know if we will have a new Collector Series promo? Will they start releasing 99s? I have 10 96 collector series cards and I’m wondering if I should sell them or hold them.

Hold on to them. The collector's series should extend at least one more season with base 99s. Depending on how cheap you got them, you should be able to build a 99 for relatively cheap. The only downside is that you'll have to hold until at least the 27th.

I agree. If I had them, I would hold. (Unless you can get 180k for each of them now.)
