Roster Revolution Revolutionary Medal

I just did the rooster revolution challenges. I thought you needed this “revolutionary medal” to use the abilities on the players, so I did the 10 tokens exchange. All it gave me back was one normal RR token, so I exchanged 10 RR Tokens for one RR token?? Anyone else done this and is there any way to fix it. I’m really annoyed, it’s going to prevent me from getting an additional free player

You haven't need the Medals for these for months now.

Yes I understand that now. I didn’t know it before. Why is the pack still in there???? So I just wasted 10 tokens for nothing, and am now not going to be able to get a player? Is there any way to contact ea to fix this?

I did this too - just another one of my fine moments during the fine season of MUT25. I'll take my licks and live on to succumb to some other dumb a$$ feature of this great game. I did think it funny that after doing it, it read 'REDEEMED.'

I had forgotten that ea support is basically nonexistent. They closed my case immediately, attempting to reopen gives a message that it has been reopened, but then refresh the page and it shows as closed lol.

As expected, EA cs is completely useless. I legitimately can’t believe they’re able to get away with this every year. They have never helped me once, and I have had four separate issues through the years.

Upon reviewing your case , I gather that you are facing issue with Token Exchange set issue and want the tokens to be returned in Madden NFL 25.
