Roster Revolution cards are taking a step backwards!

How did we go from 95 speed players in December to 93 speed players in January.  They were better off giving us Team Builders part 3 with double team chems if they wanted to provide us with theme team fillers. No solos, no field pass.  This sounds like a cash grab promo and a bad upgrade for players that deserve a real upgrade.  Karlaftis should have been a 94 playoff card.  That man balled out last game. Why is he getting a damn 91 overall? 

I get playoffs is a theme team specific promo.  That's even more reason to give the non-playoff TT competitive cards in January.  WTF I am going to do with a 91 speed CB in January (Kyler Gordon). Is he going to guard Worthy, Julio, or Megatron? I wouldn't even put that man in my slot. He'd get cooked.  90 Overall Ghost CB Devin Hester is better and he came out on Christmas. Where is a 94 Jaylon Johnson? He hasn't had an upgrade since October.  Meanwhile, Sauce has had two upgrades since MF ended. 

You gave us ZC cards with 0 AP Abilities and 95 speed players just to have a filler promos that smells like a special offers cash grab.  The community deserves better content than this in January. The SB promo better be amazing.  Because right now that challenge menu is looking mad lonely.  Also, I'm stacking so many legends tokens too because every Saturday is a disappointing card after another.

Superbowl is going be centered around two teams. Then old SB legendary teams like the 49ers, Steelers, Pats, and Cowboys. How is that balance for everyone else that wants run a Browns, Panthers,Jags, Broncos, or Cards Theme Team?  Is it wrong to receive one solid card for an unpopular TT?

Roster filler for the non-playoff TTs. But, it is a very poor attempt at helping anyone without a Eagles, Commanders, Chiefs, or Bills TT to compete in H2H. The speeds are mediocre. The discounted abilities are not good at all. Give us at least 95 speed or 1 AP discounts.

Nobody told you to run a TT. It's called MUT, not TTUT.

It does seem wrong to me that a lot of theme teams get overlooked at some positions. You have franchises that have been traditionally strong at certain position groups, and yet their theme teams currently rank poorly in both attributes and abilities at those positions.

I'll indulge in a little 'If I Directed MUT' here:

• Utilize a persistently updatable database of NFL players, with its key fields including NFL and NCAA Team Histories
• Identify early the holes in each base roster with each annual iteration
• Routinely release items that shore up those holes due to their theme team versatility, whether by individual veteran or legacy players
• Persistently leverage multiple types of chemistries throughout the year

I'm not in favor of eliminating weak spots on theme teams; this is actually a big part of football strategy. Even so, steps should be taken so that small-market teams having a bad year are still viable.

Yeah. I agree with you. I'm not saying every player on all TTs should be top tier. But, give the each TT a couple of decent players to compete with. For instance, my bears have only have one CB we can run right now. And its been that way since MF. So, you're telling me that I can only run one CB from October to January. lol.

I get the settlement from this. but some of these cards are better than most 95s in this game. it depends on scheme. I will say not every high overall card is not the best card in this game.

the lower cards like the 84s I see your point, but other than that eh.

name a 94 in this promo better than a 95. I didn't say they are supposed to be best in the game. But, most of these cards aren't competitive in h2h.

Ya, we're desperately needing some usable Corners, especially that get 1AP MZKO.  Sauce was ridiculously overpriced for lacking any useful abilities.
