So I won the superbowl in playoffs and got a 94 fantasy pack guess what no Rasual Douglas. Contacted ea help and they said send us a screenshot of it saying you get a Rasual Douglas for winning the superbowl go into the game and it now says a 94 fantasy pack and coins, I said yall changed they said no we didn't so I guess no make rights.

I got booted from the superbowl due to the game not allowing me to choose a play and getting the multiple delay of game penalties which eventually lead to a forced loss. 28-28 game in the third quarter, booted and given the loss. EA support told me to post about it in their forums and if enough people report the same thing the developers may look into it.

Same thing happened to me on Saturday. Won the bowl and only received a champion fantasy pack, that didn't contain Rasul as an option. I've been waiting on a make right / grant but nothing so far. Just opened a case with EA help, so hopefully they'll see that a lot of people are having this issue.

I had a desync in mine in the 3rd qtr but luckily for me it let me play again
