Is it still possible to get SuperBowl (95 ovr) John Elway (x2), Stocking Stuffers up to a (93 ovr) (x3 Chem), or past players to fix my theme team?

To my knowledge the Stocking Stuffer token sets are gone, so no. 

For Elway, see if the Ring Seeker token set is still there, it should be
