It Seems the more you win you end up coming across someone who cheats you with this exploit 

second one today same last week. How do these players never get banned?

Because cheating exists, it can be hard to tell the difference between legit connection issues and douchebaggery. A while back I had 2 "desyncs" in the same day. 2 Ls when I was winning big for one and lined up for a GW FG for the other. My advice is to vent your frustration here, and keep playing ... And never buy another EA product. 😋

Ea made a great game called  it takes two it’s just these madden games are very poorly made for what reasons I do not know why

If I were you I just wouldn't spend money on the team so when you get booted in weekend league it doesn't mean as much since you didn't spend cash getting your squad as good as it was only to be booted from the game when you would've won.
