For an 18/18 TT, i want to know what is "+1 BPR"? Im curious because I dont know what it means and i want a Full TT.

I want to build an 18/18 PA but just don’t trust EA. They’re nerfing the boosts on Thursday and don’t want to build a TT that only lasts 3 more days.
