Anyone else not getting credit for their wins? I didn’t get credit for a couple of my wins and ended up losing 2 games and received a lot less snow than I should’ve got. When I went to the EA support website for madden, it said the page was down? Anyone else having either of these issues?

Yes! Just happened to me. Literally not tracking any of my wins. Just losses. Played my last two games and won both didn’t track. Then lost two and got didn’t get my event token. Really salty actually.

Yeah man it’s an absolute joke. Says EA support is down when I go on the website as well
Just happened to me.. was happy finally got a few wins in the event. Just realized it said only 1 so far.. came here to see if anyone else had the issue.. I'm not good enough to over come missing multiple wins

Same situation with me. Lost out on 2 wins; which is a big difference when it comes to the snow payout
