Noob Question - Pre-Snap adjustments

I'm just now coming back to Madden after a few years off.

I'm struggling to figure out how to adjust my defensive line quickly presnap to run contain. Every time I try to fumble through the menu, the other team snaps the ball. From what I can see, it's at least 3-4 buttons before you can even select an adjustment.

Is that true or is there an easier way? Or is there a way to save pre-snap adjustments?

I do it so quickly and subconsciously now I can't remember which comes first Lol
I think it's L1/LB -> R1/RB QB contain, but could be the other way around.

Try and if L1 doesn't bring up the D line menu use the other and flip the order.
You should see the description ("Contain") at the very bottom of the menu.
