The promos like blitz have had so little coin options and it is very hard to get some of the best players without paying cash. Not to mention solo challenges dont hit the same anymore because they dont add cool twists or challenge at all.

It’s horrible. I took the last few years off. The only reason I am playing this year is because my son bought the game and we both have it since he’s on a kid account. I won’t let him get it next year. As you stated the game requires you to pay money to get the better players. This has him asking for money which obviously isn’t healthy. I think the gambling with packs and the in app purchases in general are horrible for kids. This mode used to be so much fun, but it is completely dead. It was on life support when I quit a few years ago, but now it’s completely finished. On the bright side, I believe EA lost the exclusive rights to the nfl for games, so hopefully 2K will make a game soon.

Blitz has always been a money grab. As for the game, I think EA had done a pretty good job this year helping NMS players with the weekly tokens, solo tokens, etc. 93 OVR, spent a little bit but not a whole lot.. have lots of BND players which will suck late in year but been able to stay pretty competitive all year
