Missing Items/ Packs

I’m on Xbox Series X, have EA Play, and pre ordered the deluxe edition.  I have only loaded the Xbox Series X version of the game.   I never got the Bills gear, the Kenny Pickett welcome pack, Beckham upgrade token, or my level 5 reward for 70+ gold player.  I know multiple have commented on the OBJ token.   Is anyone else missing any of the same things as me?

Same here. Missing a ton of stuff, including all of what you stated and levels 2-5 of House Rules rewards
