Lurk artist

Does this ability even activate? I've had multiple picks just bounce off my hands. I even wait till right before the ball hits my hands. I swear previous maddens, lurk artist would activate 10 ft away from a receiver.

Defense is just completely broken this year and abilities don’t make it much better. I tried pick artist/ lurk artist on all my dbs and they still drop easy picks.

Ik it use to be glitchy, so they prob nerfed it. Nerfing it so we can't get a simple pick is crazy tho.
