It only lets me have 1 X factor out of 3 for some reason... I try to add another one and it won't let me???

Remove the last players you took x-factors off of from your lineup and reinsert them.

If you can’t remember, reset your line up by best overall then put your guys back in place.

Yeah, old players/cards simply get bugged out -- M26 is slightly better at handling this type stuff, in the past it'd bug out yer entire lineup and prevent you from playing Solo Challenges and such, now it tends to just disable or deactivate until you clear the previous players. Especially if you had someone, for example a ShapeShifter, who had an X-factor applied, but you removed / refunded the ability, however the game client wants to persist that, despite the fact it may no longer even exist.
Buggy ass shit. Advice above is solid, just try to replace the players you had before, or disable ALL abilities and start fresh. You'll get it.
