Curious, didnt like madden last year but curious about this year
I think so, but I usually enjoy the fact that we have to rebuild our teams. Finally having cards that arent 99 ovrl come out and having to search the auction block while stats actually matter is fun to me. The game itself isnt bad though, definitely more like football (besides the occasional stupid circus aggresive catch).
I think so, it looks like M25 to me. The gameplay is nice. There is a lot of stuff to do. A+ right now. Hopefully EA won't ruin it.
100 percent! I think it's awesome. I've heard nothing but good reviews also. I'm having a blast! The CPU AI is much better and more realistic.
Disclaimer: I am an offline/solos player.
These are my early impressions as a casual player:
This is my favorite time for MUT. Grabbing all my Patriots players and figuring out what works for me and how I want to play
So far I've completed the Training Camp and Pregame Access solos - As expected they were super easy and quick to complete.
Running feels like more of challenge than last year, but RPOs vs the CPU seem to work well
I've used a limited number of passing plays and I use classic passing - seems very similar to M25 - having all hot routes without abilities is big plus
I've played a couple "house rules" games vs the CPU and one Solo Champs game vs the CPU (on easy) - Easy feels too "easy" but if you want to rack up stats to complete objectives it's not a bad way to go
I have yet to experiment with advanced defense changes like adjustable zones/stunts/etc but I'm looking forward to seeing how they work and if there's an advantage/benefit given how I play the game
With the variety of choices for solo/offline players like myself this is a big upgrade over M25.
Bottom line, I'm happy that I decided to give M26 a shot, if EA could/would keep from meddling with gameplay, I think the game will be fine and if you like football then there's no reason to not buy.
100% yes, really enjoying it.
Heck no I will take for $14,99 for single player
