I only have 2 X-Factors active but it’s saying I have 3?

I started a whole new lineup and it’s still saying I can’t activate a third even though I only actually have 2 and it won’t let me add a third. 

What gives?

Remove the last player that you had an xfactor on from your lineup, then add him back.
