Frozen Buckets are still useful

I just figured out that there are still discounted abilities within the frozen buckets on ZC cards. I'm going to list every discount I have found so far

Enforcer Supreme - Can be gotten for 2 instead of 3 AP in frozen buckets

Lurk Artist - Can be gotten for 1 instead of 2 AP in discount buckets

Short Elite - Can be gotten for 2  instead of 4 AP

Mid Elite - Cam be gotten for 2 instead of 3 AP

Deep Elite - Can be gotten for 2 instead of 4 AP

Secure Protector - Can be gotten for 2 instead of 3 AP

If you guys find any others I will gladly add them to the chart

Brock Bowers fs gets automatic zone hawk for 10, cam gets it automatic with indoor baller at 7. Am I crazy to even wanna try this out of curiosity ????

FANTASTIC information, thank you for sharing.  I somehow stumbled upon this yesterday and quickly determined that i'm going to start running 1AP LurkArtist on my D-line players... for now.  Not quite sure how i want to deploy my AP on defense post Zero Chill, but this definitely helps.  Appreciate you blessing us with this insight, i assumed there had to be more, awesome list.  Looking forward to further updates.

EDIT: Apparently there's forty-two (42) total players who get 1AP LurkArtist.

EDIT: Apparently there's forty-two (42) total players who get 1AP LurkArtist.

Do you think it would be useful running 1AP LA on both SubLBs, and then DoN on all 4 DLineman?(I run zone out of 3-3 Dbl Mug and Man/Zone hybrid out of Nickel 2-4). That's kind of what I'm rocking rn, with other 3 ap on other people testing out some other stuff.

lurkartist on the D-line. thanks for that idea. I user my DT when I run match D. I have no idea how match works, so I like to put a big boy in coverage.

We're so screwed without Zone KOs... and not even for the actual knock-out competent of those abilities, the real reason we want (or need) various Zone KOs is so that our defenders will be in position to make a play on the ball. Otherwise, they basically just stand there and turn slowly without reacting or responding to the ball. 

Defense was already difficult enough, things just got real dicey. Not sure I can justify spending 14AP on my Safeties (DZKO + MZKO) but I've been tempted. 

As of this moment in time, I'm running a pair of MZKO on both Safeties, then three DoNs across my D-line, followed by a couple discounted LurkArtist (x2) on both edges. Have barely played since latest patch, so this is very much a work in progress.

Last year I thought maybe we'd want Tip Drill here, but it almost never triggers and LurkArtist is definitely valuable and will potentially trigger from batted passes. Good luck lemme know when you get your first D-line pick!

Do you really get enough tipped balls at the line to justify PA on linemen?

Are you not using DoN or pass rush abilities?

I realize my rambling posts tend to get a little verbose, but i stated what i'm running currently -- as an initial test.  And yes, for a mere 2AP, if just one of those D-line LurkArtist triggers, it's absolutely worth it and has the potential to swing the momentum of a game.  Haven't played enough post-patch to truly determine IF it's worth the AP investment right now, but potentially/probably.  The number of swatted and batted balls this year is wild.  Shouldn't take long for that to pay dividends, IMO.  If not, well... i regularly drop my Edges into pass coverage.  Not dropping 9 as much as in the past, but it still happens.
