Remember the limited time bundle called eggstravagant basket bundle that had 88+ or 99 ltd, 3 95+, 2 90+, 1x EGGSTRAVAGANT basket. I had bought that for 5,800 points and I rarely spend money on madden. So i bought it and everything was normal untill I got to the eggstravagant basket. When I opened it, I got deja vu egg instead of eggstravagant egg. I didnt think much of it for 2 days. I realized it was the wrong reward. I today went to live chat with EA and talked with this Indian or middle Eastern dude with the initials AI. I talked to him and after an hour and 30+ mins of "exploring my case" he said even after I requested twice to show him a video of the pack opening of mine and him absolutel ignoring me, he said that it was random not a guaranteed. Is this true? Pls help me otherwise im not gonna spend a penny on this game ever again.
Each basket has a pool of drops that it can contain. Deja Vu is one of the lower drops for that basket.

It sounds dumb but I don't tweak on it because I gamble for a living essentially. I only ever put a little of my winnings towards it but def not trying to do that every week haha!

I still have fun with it, all that really matters to me. Def trying to chill out on it though for rest of the year, my coin count pretty nuts at this point.
