Does byars get to 98 with just legends chem and wrecking ball?

Honestly his OVR doesn't matter. If rather run Okoye as a power back.  Byars didn't do very well for me in h2h

And yes,  i tried it and he hits 98 with 40 legends chem and epic wrecking ball
