ceedee and roquan were useable for about two weeks....bowers was useable for at least a month

Yeah I had prebuilt for CeeDee and even then thought it was a pretty bad value as Tribute cooper has played noticeably better for me. Starting to feel the same way about this seasons crop of ranked cards with what’s coming out.
