CPU Super Bowl event deleted my progress

I was 16-0 in the Super Bowl event so at the start of level 3 to get the dt card for my team. Then I was disconnected from the game and when I logged back in I lost all of my progress. The event now that I’m back at level 1 says you can have three losses. Is this normal and or can I get my progress back? Real pain in the ass

Typical EA fuckery, happened to me with the playoffs promo playing the super bowl, had to do all over, pretty sure your only allowed 1 loss for level 3 & getting booted counted as the loss so have to start it all over
