CPU event reward missing

I just completed the cpu event for the second time this week and have not received the extra 1k snow. Has anyone else received the 1k?

I haven’t been getting it either. Also, my wins are not tracking. I get to like game 4 and it counts it as a loss. Even though I was ahead by 80 something points. Guess I’ll quit playing those too. I’ll just qs all my champion gifts for snow if I need it that badly. Can’t win more than 2 events head to head games to get snow from that either.
