Can some1 please explain "chems" to me.. (im not new, just confused 🤦‍♂️)

Ok so.. the UI tells me near zero...

As i understand it.. theres now just 4 Tiers for TT chem? .. correct?

Also, i added "Pats startegy item +1 speed" ... no1 seems to get this extra +1 ... im not loven this...

There is no Pats +1 speed strategy item.  If you get 20 Patriot players on your team, you will get +1 speed to all those players on squad.  Make sure you unlock your gold players so it activates their team chem. (5 training)
