Hopefully he doesn't get severely nerfed on Tuesday, so this is not without risk, however AR15 potentially THE best in the entire game, at any price point... at least until tomorrow. 

Second is Poe OOP, Combine card, which should be cheap and plentiful. I would have said Taysom Hill if you're a scrambler, but AR15 vastly superior and gets same Tank + Truzz stack.
