Best defensive playbook to use.

I know it's kinda late, but I was wondering what is the best def playbook to use? Right now I am using Chiefs.

If you don’t want to loop Chiefs is still pretty solid. If you plan on looping then its Vikings.

I loop and use chiefs, cover 4 quarters and drag the right blitzing LB over

What is looping if you don't  mind me asking.

How do you get your LBs to stay in place? I use Chiefs and don’t loop but when I try dragging a LB over to fill in a run gap or cover the TE on a vert hook they just auto adjust back to their original spot.

It’s a 4 man pressure with a Sub-LB blitzing to the b gap across the formation. Pretty cheesy since the oline will never pick it up on their own and leads to easy instant pressure.

I know but Ravens shot gun play action concepts are dookie. The price to pay for having read option available from every gun formation lol.

So is play action complemented by decent protection now? I had to stop running play action months ago because my quarterback was consistently getting creamed by gap blitzers immediately after the fake.

you gotta cancel the play action, thats what you are doing wrong. only to the play action to the RB if ur opponents colossus is getting insta pressure, it will make them go into a run fit and he wont use the ability right away.

I got auto flip off and base align, I come out in dbl safety go, and then I audible to cover 4 quarters. then I drag the blitzing LB over and he stays there and loops.
