Best deep blue zones to use on defense?

I believe there are 5 deep blue zones in Madden

Inside 3rd, Inside Quarter, Outside Quarter, Deep Half (left & right) and Outside 3rd (left & right).

The only one I ever really use is the Outside 3rd when I'll call a play like cover 3 cloud and put the one CB on an outside 3rd. I'm not that knowledgeable in the intricacies of each deep blue zone other than the spot they are covering. I do know that deep blue zones aren't affected by zone drops unless you change the players individual coverage. 

What are the differences in outside quarter compared to outside 3rd? Does one play better vs deep routes? Same with Deep Half vs the others or Inside 3rd and inside quarter vs Mid Read? Which is the best blue zones to use?
