Mike Evans and his record tying season seems like a good player to get a card. Maybe they could drop him and Jerry together as a tribute to the record.
I don't mind, even though Jerry Rice was very much superior to Evans, and Evans needed 17 regular season games to keep the streak going.

he missed 3 and 3/4 games

Doesn't change the fact he still needed Game 17 to tie the record. In 87 Rice missed 4 games but still made 1000 yards in 16 games. I don't think he gets a tribute card anyhow, if anything it would be a Record Breaker (or Tie in this case). Lamar could get one for Rushing yards for a QB, Jayden could get one for Rookie rushing yards for a QB and Bowers could get one for most receptions by a Rookie.

Rice missed four games in the strike-shortened 1987 season and got his 1,000 yards in just 12 games. Were it not for that disruption, we'd probably be talking about Rice's streak of 11 consecutive seasons with 1,200 receiving yards.
But it's cool. Mike Evans has been pretty good.
It's always a bit of a challenge gauging the relevance of x-per-season stats. At one time, the regular season was only 14 games long. Before 1961, a team played only 12 regular season games per year. And then you have guys like Saquon Barkley that could have set season-best records of his own, but Evans was playing a must-win game in week 18, while Barkley's Eagles rested him for the playoffs.
