It's worrisome at times how incompetent people are at this stuff. When you have spreadsheets and automated systems, this should almost never happen. It's not just EA either. People are running cash registers without the capacity to do simple addition and subtraction in their head if the need arises. At some point, workplaces are going to be glutted with people lacking the capacity to do fundamentally basic work, and the experienced workers are going to be diverted to fixing their coworkers' mistakes. This sort of employment environment is untenable.
