Abilities not tested..why not?

Every time I try to get the scoop on an ability, the ability hasnt been properly tested to give an opinion?  Why not?  It’s the end of November…cmon

If you go to a player item, it will have abilities and stacks chosen by the community.   Thisit's more valuable than ability info in general.
