I got the 90 ovr MF from the treat shop yesterday and opened it but not chose anyone will it update tmr if there are new 90s? Also what are the best 90s to choose from?

We don't know if it will update for sure, but I assume it will.
Depends on who you need really. Best overall are Lamar, Chase, and White.

If you opened the pack I don't think it will update. People say once you open a pack it locks in the content.
