A1: 3800 or less OVR (current gate) -> 4400 or less OVR (new gate)
A2: 3700 - 4800 OVR (current gate) -> 4300 - 5200 OVR (new gate)
A3: 4700+ OVR (current gate) -> 5100+ OVR (new gate)
A4: 4600+ OVR (current gate) -> 5000+ OVR (new gate)
