Does stacking reinforcement and deep zone KO do anything?

Just wondering since I could get one step ahead and reinforcement or reinforcement and deep zone KO for Malcolm Jenkins

Reinforcement is great for LBs or Subbed in Safeties near the Line of Scrimmage. Adding a KO ability will help with reaction time. One Step ahead is only active when in MAN Coverage. When i had Jenkins I paired with a KO ability.
