Defensive help

My team is good, my abilities are good, i generally run decent plays, and yet my defense is always getting fried. Does anyone have any tips for how i can play better defense or is it just impossible this year?

i am using 96 gonzo, 96, donte jackson, 95 denzel ward, all have 99 man and at least 97 zone on a 50 steelers 25 sb

Having the right KO's in the right spots is really important, right now zone is better than zone just because the man abilities are not low enough ap yet. So I'd just make sure you have mid zone on all your guys and deep zones on the guys over the top. I run cover 4 drop out of nickel 3-3 odd in vikings playbook, turn off auto flip, turn read option to conservative, and setting your flat depth to 10-15 (depending on who you're playing) are most important. When you're on the field, shade underneath, show blitz, and hover over the DT with one of the hook curls and everything should be locks. DM me if you have any questions.

I run the same playbook and generally the same scheme, with the same adjustments, ill switch up my abilities because i have been using mostly mc abilities and use more of the shade underneath and lyk
