My D line gets outperformed by my opponents D line nearly every game (all my cards are 97-99 mostly 99). Both run defense and pass rush is sub par. Any alignment tips? I run 3-4 Bucs playbook mostly play out of nickel and dont really do any adjustments to the D line besides pinch, spread, contain, or blitz someone and stuff like that.
Any tips or key adjustments I may be missing? Thanks
Do you have Inside Stuff and Edge Threat?
abilities matter a lot, one thing that helped me is finding a set that i can successfully blitz CB ed too tall of of. when you blitz your corner you get good pressure quick. my tip is blitz your CBs

The only problem with this is that the side you are blitzing from takes a man out of the secondary and sometimes opens up an easy checkdown
