Hey All,

WHo are the best 3 corners, run a lot of man but mix in Cover 4 a bit as well

Who should be in the slot(What characteristics stats make the best Slot guy)?

Currently have 95 Carlton Davis-94 Steph Gilmore-94 Marlon Humphrey-94 Sauce

20 Vikings 20 Bills

I wrote a lengthy reply to this last week, but it apparently got lost.  Not sure if it's because my account is new or because I was on a VPN at the time.

Anyhow, short answer...

CB #1 is Sauce

CB#2-4 can be any of the others (although I'd probably give Carlton an extremely slight edge for CB #2)

Things like Press, Height and speed matter LESS for slot CBs.

Things like Strength, Block Shed, etc. matter MORE  for slot CBs as they will need to help with the run as they are closer to the linemen.

Edit: Appears it was the VPN.  Zero warning, message just goes off into the ether forever.

I'd probably go with Sauce and Adderley as CB#1 and 2.  I try to fill my outside roles first with Tall, Fast, High Zone/Man, I like to have 'Plays Ball in the Air' Aggressive as well.  This pretty much narrows it down to 97/96 Surtain, 95/94 Sauce, 94 Douglas, 93 Porter Jr.  Down the road, those players either then rotate into the slot positions (if they are physical enough) or are sold off.

Talib is the most physical (BSH, STR) He'd be my CB#3

Deion's Press is too low to be an Outside CB (unless you never press, then he'd be preferrable there as you could hide his low physical attributes on the outside (away from the opposing OL, FB, TEs) and move Adderley to CB#4).
