1. DESCRIPTION: NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. The "MUT.GG Sugar Rush 5K" ("Contest") begins on March 26, 2026 at 12:01 AM Eastern Time and ends on April 9, 2026 at 11:59 PM Eastern Time ("Contest Period"). During the Contest Period, eligible Entrants (as defined in Section 2) must opt in and accumulate yards as described in Section 3. The sponsor of this Contest is Stormstrike Inc., located at 9205 W Russell Rd, Suite 240, Las Vegas, NV 89148 ("Sponsor").
2. ELIGIBILITY: This Contest is open to any person with a MUT.GG account. Membership is free and can be obtained by logging on to MUT.GG and following the on-screen prompts to open an account. The GG Points and Huddle.gg Gameplan prizes are available to all eligible Entrants worldwide. The signed Adrian Peterson football prize is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are physically located and residing therein. Sponsor, its respective employees, shareholders, officers, directors, agents, parent companies, affiliates, divisions, subsidiaries, agents, representatives, and advertising agencies are not eligible to participate in the Contest. Immediate family and household members of such individuals are also not eligible to enter or to win. For purposes of the Contest, "Household Members" shall mean those people who share the same residence for at least three months a year, and "Immediate Family Members" shall mean parents, step-parents, legal guardians, children, step-children, siblings, step-siblings, or spouses.
3. HOW TO ENTER: During the Contest Period, the Entrant must follow the steps below to enter the Contest:
- Entrant must log in to his or her MUT.GG account at www.mut.gg; and
- Entrant must reply to the designated opt-in forum post on MUT.GG; and
- Entrant must sync their MUT.GG Binder with Sugar Rush program players in their active lineup and accumulate combined rushing and receiving yards during the Contest Period.
Entries must be received by April 9, 2026 at 11:59 PM Eastern Time. Any deliberate attempt to manipulate the entry process or yard totals may result in disqualification of the Entrant. Each individual is only allowed one (1) Entry. Creating multiple MUT.GG accounts for the purpose of entering the Contest multiple times may result in disqualification at the sole discretion of the Sponsor. Entries generated by a macro, script, or other automated means will be disqualified. Participation in the Contest constitutes Entrant's understanding of and full and unconditional agreement to and acceptance of these Official Rules.
4. ODDS OF WINNING: Odds of winning the signed Adrian Peterson football depend on the number of eligible entries that reach the 5,000-yard milestone by the end of the Contest Period. GG Points and Huddle.gg Gameplan prizes are awarded to all eligible Entrants who reach the applicable milestone.
5. WINNER SELECTION & NOTIFICATION: GG Points and Huddle.gg Gameplan prizes will be awarded to all eligible Entrants who reach the applicable milestone threshold by the end of the Contest Period. The signed Adrian Peterson football will be awarded to one (1) winner selected at random from all eligible Entrants who reach the 5,000-yard milestone. The random drawing will be conducted by a Sponsor representative within approximately five (5) business days after the end of the Contest Period. The potential winner will be notified via MUT.GG direct message within approximately five (5) business days of the drawing. The potential winner will be required to respond as directed within forty-eight (48) hours of notification. Failure to respond timely may result in forfeiture of the prize and selection of an alternate winner. Potential winners may be required to verify their address and to execute and return an affidavit of eligibility and a liability release. The prize will not be awarded until all such properly executed documents are returned. Each winner is solely responsible for all federal, state, and/or local taxes and any other fees or costs associated with the redemption of a prize.
6. PRIZES: THE FOLLOWING PRIZES WILL BE AWARDED "AS IS" WITH NO WARRANTY OR GUARANTEE, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED BY SPONSOR. All prize details are at the sole discretion of the Sponsor. Prize winners cannot assign or transfer a prize to another person.
- 5,000 yards: 500 GG Points, one (1) free Huddle.gg Giants Bunch Gameplan, and one (1) entry into a random drawing for a signed Adrian Peterson football. The football drawing is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia. Only one (1) signed Adrian Peterson football will be awarded.
- 2,500 yards: 250 GG Points.
- 1,000 yards: 100 GG Points.
Prizes are awarded for the single highest milestone an Entrant qualifies for at the end of the Contest Period. GG Points are credited to the winner's MUT.GG account. The Huddle.gg Gameplan will be delivered as directed by Sponsor following the close of the Contest Period. No refunds or credits for changes are allowed. Each winner will be solely responsible for all federal, state, and/or local taxes, if applicable, and for any other fees or costs associated with the prize they receive.
7. CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION/RELEASES: All federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply. By participating, each Entrant agrees to be bound by these Official Contest Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which shall be final in all respects. By participating in this Contest and/or by accepting any prize, each Entrant agrees to release the Sponsor, and each of their respective successors, employees, agents, representatives, and assigns (collectively, the "Released Parties") from any and all actions, claims, injuries, losses, or damages arising in any manner, directly or indirectly, from participation in this Contest and/or acceptance or use of a prize. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, modify, or suspend the Contest at any time for any reason. Sponsor may prohibit an Entrant from participating if, in its sole discretion, it determines the Entrant is attempting to undermine the legitimate operation of the Contest by cheating, deception, or any other unfair practices.
8. INDEMNITY: Winners shall indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Released Parties from and against any and all claims, damages, actions, liability, loss, injury, or expense, including reasonable attorneys' fees and costs, arising out of or in connection with: (a) any winner's participation in the Contest; (b) a breach or allegation which if true would constitute a breach of any winner's representations, warranties, or obligations herein; and (c) acceptance, possession, or use of any prize.
9. DISPUTES: This Contest is governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Nevada, without respect to any conflict of law principles. As a condition of participating in this Contest, Entrants agree that any and all disputes which cannot be resolved between the parties shall be resolved individually through binding arbitration, without resort to any form of class action.
10. PRIVACY POLICY: By entering the Contest, Entrant understands that information is being collected by Sponsor. The information provided to Sponsor will only be used by Sponsor as provided in Sponsor's privacy policy at https://www.stormstrike.gg/privacy.html.
11. WINNERS' LIST/OFFICIAL RULES: To obtain the list of the winner(s) or a copy of these Official Rules, send a request along with a stamped, self-addressed envelope to "MUT.GG Winners' List/Rules", 9205 W Russell Rd, Suite 240, Las Vegas, NV 89148.
