PackStrike was not effective at all in swaying EA's opinion on how trashy MUT has been. And, the only reason the content creators stopped it, was because they were running out of coins. Yet, the content creators were telling us to ii"stay strong" the entire time. As an NMS player, the prices were high for an entire month, which was in part of training variety packs a little, but the prices were high for an entire month.

I feel it was probably the equivalent of 3 people in a town of 1300 people refusing to buy only Peppermint flavored “5ive Gum” from a local Winn-Dixie grocery store, for 1 day.

The people who screamed it the loudest, never bought packs anyway.

way i looked at it was you bought the game u kinda already supported them they made there money off  selling the game already so the buying the currency it just icing on top

Pack strike was never intended to improve  MUT overall. Packstrike was intended to improve odds of packs and training rerolls.  Did it accomplish that? yes.  Will these improved odds last forever?  ?   I presume the MUT influencers of the world were pulling too much junk out of  packs and watching their money go to waste. You not going to entertaining people when you rip a bunch of golds and low elites.

The community is far too large, and entirely far too many people kept spending (even the ones who say they stopped), for something like this to ever be effective.

No, not personally but I follow ijoebruin, iowaoploly and theactualcc on Twitter and they have been letting everyone know when scheduled boosted odds take effect.
