Pretty much DOA since you need 40/50 for even 1 speed. If you dont care/need speed then do whatever you like.

could you use strategies to make up for the +1 speed? Idk I just picked up the game 3 days ago and hybrid theme teams were my favorite part of mut last year

There is no speed on strats anymore.

When they advertised 'simpler team building'  they meant shittier.

They just took out Pups so you werent trying to figure out where you passes and made cards easier to find as straight upgrades. It IS easier now.
