read on discord (thanks to DigitalPimp) and came across this video (to help how to block the meta blitzes on m23)

so playing MUT Champs game this opponent used the blitz ... and i remembered that video so i went ahead and tried to apply what i've learned

ended up winning that game! so i see that's how some of my opponents were able to stop my blitzes!!! go figure!
