  1. Field pass issues are being investigated.
  2. Trophy packs earned during the glitched period when SB rewards were not going out should be going out today to all impacted players.
  3. If you win a SB over the next month, you will earn an additional trophy pack.
  4. Missing HR rewards are being investigated.

Hopefully these are resolved quickly. Granting an additional trophy pack per SB win over the next month is nice, but they should honestly just leave that for the rest of Madden 23 with as many issues as we have had.

Unfortunately, I didn't hear anything about that, but my stream kept cutting out occasionally with bad service at work. I don't believe they mentioned  anything though because a few guys I follow on Twitter that lost 10+ million coins each were tweeting about there not being any comments from EA about their coin wipe.

maybe I misheard.. i thought they said the extra trophy pack was for anyone who won a superbowl while there was an issue.. 
and they will also be increasing the rewards for a month in the near future.

I didn't hear that, but I could have misheard them haha. My post is pretty much the same as the tweet mut.gg sent out, so the info should be correct.

Hopefully when ea says trophy packs they also mean the missing MF, RZ, TD packs as well, not to mention all the missing coins too.

You would think they would mean everything. Unless they specifically say all of those packs, I wouldn't expect them. I only heard trophy packs when I was listening to the stream. Hopefully they grant everything.

This is so ridiculous. Field Pass and all stats still not tracking for me as well. Where is any logic in releasing and announcing an entire new team diamonds program drop tomorrow when countless people can't even access the Field Pass. It's unbelievable and it's embarrassing how there is 0 communication whatsoever.
