Only way it makes sense is if EA is working both sides. They can literally create coins at will and with a limitless supply it makes sense. The same way people have suspected they have bots working the auction house.
I believe you didn’t cheat. I have got the verification box multiple times in the past few days for playing the market. Not even going crazy in the market. Just selling golds and buying them since Team Diamond is coming up. Getting a few thousand more than the norm especially if the gold card is out and I am posting the only one. Not even using the comp app for it. So if I miss it once I am sure I will be perma banned for playing the game like it is intended. Also got it a few times when buying the strategy cards pack.
Lol this literally happened to me. I came out of a squads game to see my account wiped and auction banned. I literally couldn’t tell you what I did. I like to sell and buy different players to change up my team but all I do is play squad and challenges. I’m about to request a chargeback for every single purchase I’ve made since the game came out. I don’t even care if it gets my EA account banned, because I’m done with them. This is absolutely ridiculous that this keep happening to this many people this year, especially with all the problems they’ve had with this shit game.

They hit me 12 hours later with an email saying I'm now banned from the auction house,trade block & companion app. After all the BS I've put up with over the years I guess in hindsight I should thank EA because they're going to save me a lot of money every year now that I'm not buying 2 copies of Madden a year (for me & my son) plus all I spend on points throughout the year. It's pretty obvious if they can afford to ban legit paying customers they absolutely don't care about anyone's needs or concerns with regards to this franchise.
this game is slowly turning into a lost cause. its unbelievable that we haven't had one promo where something was broken and ea doesn't care. its making madden 22 look like madden 25
Its sad I'm about to say this but Im afraid to sell or buy anything on the auction house after reading all of these. this is ridiculous for a multibillion dollar company for this to be happening to there playerbase. STEP UP EA

best part about this whole "ban" thing is, people all got different things for the same "coin distribution" violation...some got coin wiped, AH banned and coin wiped and some perma banned.......
they aren't going to fix this, all I can do is figure out the next step at this point.

Don't use the app and don't sell cards for more than everyone else is listing them for. We're not supposed to profit with in game currency (coins) from cards we spend real money on in packs. EA has created a fixed market scenario where the only ones allowed to profit is them. I sincerely hope someone sues the shit out of them for not only this but the myriad of issues regarding this game and EA's anti consumer behavior. It's hard to get people to give a shit about your plight until it affects them. Few people can say they were around when MUT started and I can tell you if they can ban me they will ban anyone.

I'd be shocked if a class action lawsuit didn't happen and it honestly needs to at this point. What they're doing with no oversight shouldn't be legal. Take people's money and then fuck them over with no recourse to arbitrate their case. Their ticket system is a fucking joke & they removed the "contact us" option since the latest ban wave so you can't even chat with them now. I guess they were flooded with chat requests and couldn't handle the volume. That says a lot. Fucking idiots the lot of them. Banning people who spend more money than they should on a video game after years of support.

It's telling that despite the issues with their product functioning properly they're more concerned about banning paying customers on trumped up bullshit than fixing the game they released in a busted state.

When if you could actually talk to a real person that had the ability to run a report off the database to your account you could state your case, and win.

Big surprise my appeal was denied within 24 hours. Called EA and they opened another one. 15 years I've had this EA account and not so much as a warning in that time span before this BS. Anyone with half a brain would give that person the benefit of the doubt that chances are their anti cheat is the culprit. Especially when that person actually spends money on your shitty game. Which is another thing. Why the fuck would someone buying points and store bundles then go buy coins off a site? It'd be cheaper to buy coins and the cards I wanted than it is buying bundles from the store but I've always played straight with EA so I never did that. Jokes on me I guess.

That leaves me no hope. I got on today and found my account has been banned. The only thing I can think of is that I bought a new strategy card last week and realized some boosted other secondary positions so I sold it and bought the one I wanted. I also opened a claim and had hopes it would be resolved until I just read yours was denied.
