Focused Kicker not working?

Sure I "want it to work properly"...but...I don't really care that much.  It's a game.

If he works all the time, what kicker position do you have him in? I noticed mine as the kickoff specialist will always go off at half time. Because of TT I don't use him as the primary kicker. Since it works all the time I am just curious if that is the issue
