If you have 300k then 91 Herbert is probably out of the question. Same with the 90s probably. I would probably say it’s 87 Mariota, or if you do your solos, there’s a free GG mentors player from the field pass where you can take Justin Fields. (I think it‘s level 6). I wouldn’t recommend Joe Montana because he’s pretty slow, and same with Burrow. The limited Hurts is too expensive.

I would say Rodgers is the best QB in the game under 300k. He has the best release and you don't need to run abilities. I would run gambit, pro reads, or dots so you can get the faster passes or immunity to pressure. With this year's meta, escaping the pocket is virtually impossible with such a heavy pass rush. Rodgers also has really good traits. His pass accuracy isn't super good for this stage in the game but I think the pros outweigh the cons. If you play a lot of comp. you should get Rodgers or continue to save for a top QB that can get Set Feet Lead, such as Bledsoe or Fitzmagic. Herbert is pretty bad though, he has a terrible release and he's only good if you spend 6 AP (which is half of your offense) so he can have faster passes and immunity to pressure. But with all that said, go with Rodgers. He's s pretty cheap right now and the other QBs are just too much to justify spending on them, they'll come down in price soon anyway. But what ever you do try and avoid Herbert.

Rodgers is best for under 300k 100%

Depends on your playstyle. 

If you're a pocket passer/rarely scramble or roll out, Rodgers is definitely the way to go. I still use him as I'm a heavy pocket passer and his throw motion is great for that style of play.

If you prefer to pass but like mobility, I'd probably go with Campus Heroes Mariota or grind for the free GG Justin Fields.

rodgers is way better than montana

Where would you put Fritz?  Currently using Rodgers, but want to test drive either Bledsoe or Fritz...I'm a pocket passer (med to short) with 50/50 run balance.

Probably 88 josh Allen the best rounded Qb and you could probably get him for 200k and then have 100k left in your pocket
