The advice from huddle.gg says to avoid both of these abilities. Does anyone think these are worth 1 AP? I like to run a lot and was thinking maybe one of these abilities on my OT's would help on stretch plays. Thanks!

All Day is meh and SP isnt nearly what they were prior.
Post Up and Edge Prot are the only good ones.
