Competitive Pass Approach & Compensation - Realistic Suggestions

I think at this stage the team is clearly struggling to fix the competitive pass and do we really want them to waste time on

retrospectively sending out rewards which are going to be out of date anyway. 

How useful will Lawrence by in two weeks time, Woolen will probably still be a squad player but not CB1/2?

My suggestion wold be to stop working on sending out the old rewards and focus instead on fixing the Competitive Pass Going forward.

Draw a line under this mess and move forward by doing the following:

- Fantasy pack to choose a current BND QB of our choice, equivalent to Lawrence.

- Fantasy pack to choose a current BND CB of our choice, equivalent to Woolen.

- Fantasy pack to choose a current BND All Madden player of your choice.

- Store points to buy packs of your choice to compensate for those we missed as rewards.

- 100k experience in Field Pass 2 or 1.

Sounds nice. Anything right, would be nice

It's the principal of it all. Playing for rewards we don't get is the problem. Players understand the pass and it's contents and play for that content. The rewards being outdated in your opinion is unfortunately beside the point. When people who had no progress log on and somehow are showered with all the rewards while people who grinded the shit out of it get stiffed that is wrong. 

And it's the company's responsibility to give their customers what they're owed. The fix is very simple. The right thing is to give everyone the rewards and fix the issues that caused the discontent. A simple here you go guys we'll do better next time would've gone A LONG way. The failure goes beyond lost content. The lack of communication & resolution on the issue is a big FU to their customers.

If the bug benefits us it's patched or hotfixed like if the store was giving free packs they'd shut the whole thing down and fix it within hours. If something adversely affects us it's always "we'll look into it" and get back to you.

I'd be cool with those rewards

Season XP doesnt get outdated though, would still like that

But yeah, I'm with you on that one. The insistence on GMM that 'the team are working hard' is starting to wear thin now.

That would be too nice of EA lol. At best, wed get Woolen for free and XP for season 2.

They know only fix is give out all rewards earned at reset. They are not going to do that until it resets monday. They know they can't just do that now while still ongoing and earning going on, plus new promo and legends just launched. If fixed will be Monday
