You can try replying to them again to see if they see your whisper. Give it 24 hours and if you don't hear back, you can DM me a screenshot of the whisper and I'll forward it to EA for you.
I just recently made a thread about this myself and I am in the same boat. Was planning on giving it 24 hours though before I get worried though.

giveaways usually take up to 24hours.
In the midst of a new (pre-)release (day) and looooots of giveaways, I think you can expect even longer delivery times.
Just to give an update on my end EA did end up sending me the code today and even apologized for the delay! My first time EVER winning one of their giveaways so it is awesome when I do its actually for the game itself. Hope you got yours as well, love6d.
