My TE's are Vernon,Young and Little on a 49er TT. I pulled Gates and his 1ap slot o matic ability. Gates is definitely better than kittle but kittle gets ×2 team chems so I can't bench him. Both Davis and young have 99spd and they are great. I was going to get Gronk but I don't think I really need him and also slot o matic seems like a better ability than route tech cause itsb useful vs zcv and mcv. The only thing I have against slot o matic is I'm not always sure when Gates is the slot wr. I don't want to replace one of my wrs with him cause they are all much faster. I've thought about using my 99 pup on gronk but I'm enjoying Jerry rice alot and his 2ap playmaker ability. How do you know when Gates is the slot wr? I guess a slot wr is any receiver between the last offensive lineman which is a tackle and the wr? So wouldn't any formation that has Gates and then a wr outside make him the slot? Cause it doesn't light up on most plays. I noticed it lights up on some empty set plays so does Gates have to be lined up at te a little bit aways from the tackle for it to work?
