no but i mean just the solos

The solos are worth it because they give you a token in M23

I would recommend you do them.  Depending on what route you go....I tend to opt for cards that can be auctioned.  Then...sell them the first week the game goes world wide live.  You end up starting off with a couple hundred thousand coins (or more).  It takes coin to make coin...it is easiest to make coin at the start of the game.  Once training ratio drops significantly working the AH is not worth the time.  So for me...yep...I'm gonna strive to get 15 tokens and set myself up for a good start next year.

Pretty much what Von said, do them. You'll be happy ya did when Madden 23 rolls around.

It may be just one token you get in the end, but it gives you a few 93 pieces for the 99 sets, it helped me level from 19-31, and all the progress you make in game goes toward the Rookie Premier Objectives that hand out a good amount of XP and 93 pieces for completion.
