Haven't gotten mine after 28 hours and ea just has told me the same bs that they have a whole team working on the issue both the times I have contacted.

Yeah, looks like a lot of people are having problems with the pre order. You might just have to wait a bit like everybody said and after maybe a week if you don’t get the player, then contact EA again

I am in same boat. Multiple support tickets, chat etc. They told me to keep an eye on social media for updates. I told them they have not even addressed the fact that there is an issue. The whole point I jumped on it early was for that 99 to use in Madden 22. Should not have to wait this long. I ordered the first hour it was available so I think it's been over 72 hours. They seem to be quite proud of the 23 beta and no doubt are just hoping we will forget about it all together.
Truly have never had a more piss poor pathetic experience with a company with the possible exception of Direct TV.

I had to order the game 7 times for mine to kick in. Wife made me spend 7 nights on the couch as punishment for blowing $700. ☹️
Worst part was, I accidentally picked Cooper Kupp.

I can’t believe people pay 3 months in advance for scraps. The worst part is they’ll probably run a better promotion and discount on the game closer to release to bump sales.
2 things I never do: pre pay for a game that isn’t released and spend on in game purchases.
think about it what are you paying for? A 1 week advantage at best? I feel like if a person is willing to fork over money beyond what the game sells for then you should have an absolute built in advantage for the remainder of the game. However, what happens is u get a player ahead of others for a VERY limited time which really means nothing.
and i lol @ a madden 22 99 free player…..Christ I can get a golden ticket right now for under 200k. That 99 goes straight to training points because the 99 prob won’t fit my TT.

I agree with you completely.
BUT
ST21 is still close to 400k if its redux. That would just go to RP for next season for those that play. So you spend more to get more of a head start for next year.
