of course we know that some players who are retired don't have the contracts that allow them to be in the game, but if you could have the ability to add them, who would you add?

Frank Gifford should have a card. Giants OG. Sadly, I highly doubt his wife would allow EA to make money off of his name. Good for her. Still I know fans would love to smash with Gifford. Would be super fun!
