I have 5800 Points, should I buy FAP packs and then get training for TVP or buy the competitive starter bundle?

Depends. If you are just starting the game, the comp starter bundle is a must. But if you have been playing for a while, I feel like you might as just well get the training for TVP as almost every card has tanked in price.
